Shipping and Returns

 All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Pittsburgh, PA, USA. Our preferred shipping provider is the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).

 

Free shipping on all US orders over $100

The free shipping offer is valid for U.S.-based addresses only, including APOs and U.S. territories. Zoom Party will ship qualifying purchases using USPS First Class or Parcel Post shipping services (chosen service will be at the discretion of Zoom Party). Free shipping does not extend to international shipments and U.S.-based priority, next-day, or otherwise expedited services.

Please be aware that some U.S. addresses will be assessed a flat handling fee that is exclusive of our free shipping offer (see below).

 

U.S. shipping and handling policies

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping fees and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping service you choose, shipping transit estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

A flat $3.00 handling fee will be added to all orders that ship to the U.S. West Coast states, Alaska, Hawaii, APOs, and U.S. territories. This handling fee does not apply to international shipments (see below).

 

International shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We will notify you if there are any issues with shipping products you choose to your location.

International shipping weights are based on weight and item count. Product weights can be found on the product detail pages. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping service you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

 

Returns

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus a 10% restocking fee. Zoom Party will pay the return shipping costs and waive the restocking fee if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

Some time-sensitive or seasonal items are not eligible for return or will only be accepted with a 25% restocking fee. These exceptions will be clearly noted in the product descriptions.

If you need to return an item, simply log into your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. Zoom Party will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Refunds

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. Though you will generally receive a refund more quickly than four weeks, please consider that this time estimate includes these allowances:

  • The transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (generally 5 to 10 business days)

  • The time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (generally 3 to 5 business days)

  • The time it takes your bank to process our refund request (generally 5 to 10 business days).

We operate exclusively online, though we do offer our local customers the option to pick up their orders at our warehouse. We also work with local organizations, including PTAs and sports teams, to fulfill special orders for events. We’ve also partnered locally with Moe’s Southwest Grill and 100.7 Star radio on their Moe’s Ultimate Graduation Party as a sponsor of party goods and decorations.
